Jesolo – Hotel Restoration

In this structure, the following operations were carried out:

• Covering of all areas subject to intervention, room, corridor and hallway service stairs, protection of floors, walls and furniture, protection of the freight elevator used for lifting/lowering to the floor of the materials, subsequent dismantling at the end of work and various retouches, positioning of anti-fall nets where necessary for the execution of work on the loggias;
• Removal of the existing slab ceiling excluding the removal of the metal structure if in good condition, lowering to the loading floor with loading and transport of the waste materials to the landfill, related disposal charges included;
• Creation of a new countertop in fibre cement sheets, fixed to the existing structure, properly reinforced and integrated where lacking, fixing of the sheets with self-drilling screws, double thread type TEX, application of a first coat of skim plaster finish, armour with resistant alkaline polyester mesh incorporated in the first coat of skim plaster, smoothing with two coats to finish the surface of the surface of the ceiling including edge protectors and fenders finish;
• Colouring of shaved surfaces with outdoor acrylic quartz paint, similar color to the existing.
