An internal technical staff deals with the management of orders relating to all the study and budgeting phases of the various projects: a collection of offers, evaluation of various suppliers, work progress and delivery of finished projects to customers.
Administrative staff provides for the construction site with the procurement of human resources, materials and equipment, control of management and processing costs, up to the issue of SAL and subsequent invoicing to the customer.
